Highlights

The collection of the Röhsska Museum consists of many interesting artefacts. For more than 100 years the museum has collected craft and design objects, and later also fashion and conceptual works. Here we present some of our highlights; artefacts that we are extra proud of!

EXTRA MATERIAL

The vase is made from feldspar porcelain with underglaze painting. It has an ovoid form with two fish heads in relief, in grey-blue, grey-pink and pale green on each side of the mouth. On the front there is a naiad with outstretched arms and flowing hair, in white. Otherwise, speckled grey-green paint on a white base. First shown in 1896, but then manufactured by Rörstrand in different colours and glazes into the 1920s.
