Aino Aalto's glass series 'Bölgeblick' consists of moulded utility glasses featuring a design inspired by ripples on water. The series was developed in collaboration with glass artist Göran Hongell and won second prize in the Karhula design competition of 1932. 'Bölgeblick' was subsequently awarded a gold medal at the Milan Triennial in 1936.
