Brit-Ingrid Persson or BIP's sculpture belongs to an interactive group of comprised of a number of multi-faced heads, called 'Inner and outer roles'. Originally, these were fitted with a speaker inside and by leaning your ear against the sculpture you were able hear a recording of faint whispers.

BIP was born in 1938 in Stensele and studied at Konstfack 1958-1965. Her work is characterized by a strong political commitment.
